Shadowood~Wendover is a close-knit community, nestled conveniently off of Lake Harbour, in Ridgeland, Mississippi. For those who like boating, fishing or viewing spectacular sunsets, the Ross Barnett Reservoir is only minutes away. Shadowood~Wendover is also located a short distance from County Line Rd, a major thoroughfare for all the retail shopping, restaurants and commercial services that you could ask for close to home.
Shadowood~Wendover has five beautifully landscaped entrances providing easy access to our 500 plus residents. All home owners are members of the Homeowners Association. The HOA has an active board who help promote unity and fellowship by planning semi-annual social events at the clubhouse and park located in the heart of the neighborhood. They also insure covenants are enforced to protect the property value for the good of all.
Madison county is known for its excellent educational school system. School age children who reside in Shadowood~Wendover will attend either Ann Smith Elementary (K-2), Highland Elementary (3-5), Olde Towne Middle, and Ridgeland High School. High quality day care, preschool and private schools K-12 are also located within 5 miles or less of Shadowood~Wendover. Churches of all denominations can be found within minutes of the neighborhood.
