Annual HOA Meeting
  • ​Third Tuesday night in March

  • Board member election is annual

  • Proxy votes are available

  • Financials and neighborhood updates are provided by the HOA Board members and Homeland Property Management.

Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale
  • ​First Saturday in May

  • Residents hold individual garage sales at their address

  • Sellers benefit from combined effort of advertising and customer traffic

  • City permit is required to participate and can be purchased in City Hall

​

Neighbor’s Night Out (NNO)
  • Third Thursday in October

  • Residents participate in a community wide event to encourage crime prevention in our neighborhood

  • Residents and the HOA Board express appreciation to our police and fire departments for their service to our neighborhood by presenting a monetary donation.

​

Halloween Parade
  • October 31, rain or shine

  • Residents with children 12 yrs and under in costume are invited to meet at 5:45 p.m. at the Neighborhood pool house parking lot (413 Camellia Lane) 

  • The parade will start at the Neighborhood pool house parking lot and end at the stop sign on the corner of Camellia Lane & Shadowood Lane.

  • The parade kicks of our Neighborhood Halloween Trick or Treat 

  • Neighborhood Halloween Trick or Treat is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Glass Recycle
  • Last Saturday at the month

  • Glass recycle is for residents of the neighborhood only 

  • Collection is located at the Neighborhood pool house parking lot (413 Camellia Lane)

  • Recycle bottles and jars ONLY of any size or color

  • Glass recycle needs to be rinsed out and deposited in the green bags provided at the collection bin

  • Do not leave other recycle items
