Neighborhood Pool, 413 Camellia Lane

• Residents must apply for a pool fob to receive access to the pool.

• Pool season is from Memorial Day to Labor Day. 

• Pool hours during the season are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

• Pool guards are on duty from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. daily during pool season.

• Free Wi-Fi is available to all residents in the pool area.

• See pool rules for more details; complete a pool member registration form to receive a pool fob.

 

Neighborhood Playground​

• Playground hours are daylight to dark.

• Playground equipment is for ages 12 and under with two sections available for different skills and developement.

• Please NO PETS inside the boxed playground area.

• The Playground walk path loop is approximately 1/10 of a mile.

 

Pet station

• The station is located near the playground sidewalk providing waste bags for your use.

• Please pick up after your pet, especially near our playground grassy areas.

Little Free Library

• The Little Free Library is located near the playground.

• Please take a book and/or leave a book. 

• The LFL is for all ages.

Neighborhood Entrances and Islands

• There are five entrances into the neighborhood. 

• Each entrance has lighting and landscape maintained by the POA.

• Landscape Islands are placed throughout the neighborhood.​

 

Security Cameras

• Each entrance has security cameras installed for safety and preventative measures.

• The pool parking lot, pool entry gate, and the playground have live camera recordings to ensure safety and protection of HOA property.
