DEBRIS CLEAN UP
With Fall approaching and yard cleaning in full swing, please remember Yard Debris Specifications for pick up.
Limbs should be cut into lengths of no longer than 5 feet long and 8 inches in diameter, they should be in small bundles and stacked along the curb (not on the sidewalk).
Waste Management will not pick up limbs that are piled into one large pile.
They usually pick up on the second garbage day, which is Saturday.
RETENTION POND AREA
October 4, 2017
Please do not dump limbs and yard waste in the retention pond area.
That pond is City of Ridgeland property and filling it with debris will affect it's ability to hold runoff water. Those branches and limbs can also end up blocking the drainage area that flows under Lake Harbour Drive.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Dear Shadowood and Wendover Residents,
If your fence borders Rice Road, Pear Orchard Drive or Lake Harbour Drive, then your fence is regulated by special neighborhood covenants.
Your fence must be kept in good condition with no loose or missing boards. Fence must be anchored properly with no movement, and no vines or vegetation growing over the top of the fence.
No items can be mounted on the fence that can be seen from the roadway. This includes satellite dishes.
In the event a fence must be replaced, the new fence must be of the same style and quality.
If covenants are violated, the homeowner may be subject to fines, and the Property Owners Association can have the fence repaired or replaced at the homeowner's expense.
